I was affected by the disaster and was forced to live as an evacuee while on a working holiday. The devastation in Jasper just made me depressed every day, but I thought there was something I could do to help Jasper, that’s why I decided to make charity merchandise. Since Jasper is home to many black bears, I have adopted them as a product character. I asked a Japanese illustrator "hoppe" to design it.
