直訳すると「開始は半分だ」
「石橋を叩いて渡る」の逆のニュアンスがあります。
何かをやろうとする時、「難しいのは始めること」なので、とにかく始めちゃう勇気を持てば、半分終わったようなもの。
という、スピード感を重視する韓国らしい考え方を表していて、大好きな言葉です。
