About this design
日本で理解が遅れてる、ADHDの魅力を企業に売り込みたくて作りました
個人個人、症状は違いますが
多く現れる症状の一つが「何かに集中すると、食事も忘れて熱中してしまう」特徴
裏を返せば「コツコツの天才」とも言えます
その反面、マルチタスク能力が皆無な場合が多いので、一度に複数の仕事を任せたり、次々と新しい仕事を命じるとパニック起こしてフリーズしたり、慌ててコケたりしがちです
能力を活かせば生産性があがります
それを日本人は知らなすぎるので、啓蒙のために作りました。
