杏仁豆腐専門店「アンニンマニア」のノベルティ。

店内に入ると意外な事に黒を基調にしたシンプルな内装。
店長に聞いたところ「杏仁豆腐の白さを際立たせる為に余計な色は使わない」との事。
なるほど、制服もレジ代わりのiPadにもご丁寧に黒いカバーをしている。
何故ロゴはカラフルなのかを聞くと複雑な表情で「デザインした友人に押し切られた」ともらした。
店長はロゴもモノクロにしたかったようだ。
杏仁豆腐の品揃えは
「基本の杏仁豆腐」
「生杏仁豆腐」
「豆乳杏仁豆腐」
「のむ杏仁豆腐」
「豆乳杏仁豆腐」と「飲む杏仁豆腐」はホットもあるそうだ。
ホットの飲む杏仁豆腐を頼んでみた。
豆乳ベースと牛乳ベースと選べるというので豆乳にしてみた。
あの杏仁豆腐の香りのするホット豆乳という味だ。
杏仁豆腐に使われる杏仁(きょうにん)は漢方でもあるので風邪や喘息、疲労回復、貧血予防などにも効果がありますよ、と店長。
気軽で身体にいいうえ美味しいなんてお得ですね、と返して店を後にする。
今度は生杏仁豆腐を食べにいこう。
