About this design

　人魚が陸で活動する際には成体の人魚では1日あたり65 g以上の塩分の補給が推奨されている。
　研究では1日の塩分の摂取量が30 ｇを下回る状態での陸上の活動は浸透圧の条件が海中と著しく異なり、体組織の維持が困難となることが報告されている。
　また、人間による研究では体組織の崩壊は人魚が泡となり消える現象との関連が認められた。
　人魚は発汗機能がないため、人間には人魚の冬場の塩分補給への意識の呼びかけを行い、両族の協力の促進を図っている。
　人魚の分布はオセアニアを主とし、特にオーストラリア出身の人魚は特産品のマーマイトを好む。
