数年前、或る政治的な問題に関して日本国内で大きな議論が巻き起こった。
私はその際、一部の人たちが実際の問題を超え、当事者不在の形骸化した「概念」をもとに（恐らく本人たちの、広義での快楽のための）「論争のための論争」をしているように思え、会田誠さんの作品『イデア』（「美少女」という概念で自慰行為をする会田さん本人の動画作品。)に重なって見えた。
私はここに当該の問題を超えた普遍的な原理があるように感じ、そのことをあえて揶揄する作品を作りたいと考えたが、同時にここで当該の問題の「真の当事者」に、不要な痛みを与えないようにしたいとも考えた。そこで本作では当該の「概念」に関してはモザイクをかけました。
