この鳥たちは、【The Monkey Who Wanted to Fly】 (空をとびたかった一匹のさる) という絵本に出てくるキャラクターで、アレクシア・ジェーン・マリアといいます。

絵を描いてくれたのは Paaralang Pantaoというフィリピンの都市郊外のフリースクールの子どもたちです☺

国際教養大学の学生による国際協働団体 V-ACT と Paaralang Pantao の先生や子どもたちの協力の上で完成したオリジナル絵本のキャラクターグッズを手に取って頂き、フィリピンや国際協力について一緒に考えてくださると嬉しいです！
