巌流島の闘い(the duel at Ganryu-jima Island)
慶長17年（1612年）4月13日に行われたとされる、宮本武蔵と佐々木小次郎の決闘。
当時、小倉藩では武芸好きで知られる藩主・細川忠興が「剣術指南役」として佐々木小次郎を召し抱えていた。
武蔵は小次郎を倒して名を挙げようとして戦いを挑み、関門海峡に浮かぶ小島「舟島」にて決闘が行われた。
試合当日、小次郎は長さ三尺に及ぶ長い刀で武蔵を迎え撃つ。武蔵は櫂を削りさらに長い木刀を作り、浜辺で二人は一騎打ち。
武蔵は小次郎の一撃を躱して頭上から木刀を振り下ろし、小次郎は一刀のもとに倒れ、そのまま絶命した。
これ以降、舟島は小次郎の流派より「巌流島」と呼ばれるようになったとされる。

- Keep out of the reach of small children
- It may leave a pre-treatment agent on the surface.
- Rubbing the pre-treatment agent with a sheet containing alcohol components or the like may cause damage to the print
- If you shake the unit, it may make a noise, but this will not affect the heat and cold retention effects
