About this design
川添隆のECに対する考え方を、ファンションとして表現してみたシリーズ。
■デザインについて
“Phase 0 : Stay hungry”には、
ECやオムニチャネル推進の成否は、チーム作り、戦略や施策云々の前に「担当者が貪欲かどうか」で決まる
という川添隆の思想を込めています。
※Jobsのstay hungry, stay foolishにもひっかけています。
私は「実店舗企業のECを成長させる3つのフェーズ」を提唱しています。
①運営や社内商流の改革
②EC店舗最適化の投資、店舗とのサービス同期&独自施策
③オムニチャネル系の投資、密なCRM
しかし、その前の0次フェーズで全てが決まります。それが「担当者の貪欲さ」。
ビジネスパーソンでも貪欲でありたいというような心意気を持っている人に着てほしいシリーズです。
