About this design
猫大好きの歌川国芳の作品 「流行猫の戯 / 梅が枝無間の真似」です。この作品は猫好きの戯作者、山東京山と同じく猫好きの国芳がタッグを組んで製作した全５図の錦絵のうちの１つで、歌舞伎の演目をパロディー化した内容になっています。元ネタの歌舞伎では手水鉢をひしゃくで叩くと二階から小判が降ってくるという場面。猫バージョンでは手水鉢がタコ、降ってきたのは小判ではなく、アジの開き。たこがとってもユーモラス。
Tシャツその他のアイテムに馴染むよう編集しています。画像の部分と文字も部分を別々に編集して、重ね合わせ、背景を完全に削除してありますので、明るい色の背景でお楽しみください。
