諦めに似たような感情。自ら成長しない人とどこまで向き合うべきだろうか。何度も同じ指摘をするのは嫌だ。もちろん最初は仕方ない。3回目までは受け入れる。しかしマネージャークラスで一向に改善出来ない人とのやり取りは時間が勿体ない。成長しない社員と接するよりも、優秀な社員の採用に目を向けるべきではないか。時間もお金も有限である。結局全部自分でやっている。この状況は圧倒的におかしい。能力開発が遅い社員だってもちろんいるが、そもそも成長意欲のない社員はいらない。下手にかばっている時間は俺にはない。もっと時間の使い方を見直さなければいけない。社員は友達じゃない。

I don't have time to cover for them. I need to rethink how I spend my time. Employees are not my friends.
