楽しかったし、羨ましかった。後輩経営者達との飲み会。同世代の経営者達と20代の内からビジネスについて議論出来る場があるなんて、なんて羨ましいんだ。みんな良い後輩たちで、最後には自宅にまで招いてくれた。俺は経営者になんかなりたくない、必要だからやってるにすぎない、なんてよく言うけど、みんなの姿を見て羨ましいと思った。もしかしたら経営ということから一番逃げているのは、俺なのかもな。上手く出来ない未来に対する恐れが、自分の心の奥底にある気がした。

It was fun and I was envious. The drinking party with my junior entrepreneurs. Having a place to discuss business with entrepreneurs of the same generation from our 20s is so enviable. They're all great juniors, and in the end, they even invited me to their homes. I often say I don't want to be an entrepreneur and that I'm only doing it out of necessity, but seeing them made me feel envious. Maybe I'm the one who's running away from the idea of management the most. I felt that deep down, there's a fear of a future where I might not succeed.
