About this design

I am thinking of making homemade chocolates.

本気度高めの手作りチョコレートはひと味違います。
まず、インドネシアのパプアを訪れカカオの実を採取します。
続いて実を割り、白い果肉に覆われた種を取り出します。
果肉をつけたままの種をバナナの葉に包み発酵させます。
発酵後は天日干し、一日に何度もひっくり返し、水分を抜きましょう。
その後は炒って香ばしさをだし、豆の殻をとって砕く。
砕いてすって、カカオから油脂が溶け出てきたら砂糖を加える。
型に入れて、冷やし固めると本気度高めの素朴なチョコレートの出来上がり。
