About this design

ネパール語で「大統領」です。
大統領の他に、社長等、組織や団体での指導的な役割を果たす人を指す言葉ですが、政治的・法的最高権力者　国全体を代表する役割を担う人に使われる事が多いようです。
「राष्ट्रपति」と書きます。発音は「Rāṣṭrapati(レァストゥラパティ)」って感じで分かってもらえると思います。
हे राष्ट्रपति ♪(ヘ　レァストゥラパティ♪)とか言ってやって下さい。
