『ストラトス』の主人公。月面都市の軍事地区「埋立地」で、侍の伝統を守るという異端の道を歩んだ暗黒魔道士一族の末裔として生まれ育った男。堕天暦3028年4月1日生まれ、年齢は50歳。

正体不明の奇病で命を落とした父の意思と武器を継承して10歳で「暗黒の剣士」となり、国籍不明の最高機密グリモワール「地獄大迷宮の奥義書ネオ・サタナキア偽帝国」の正式所有者として認定される。

性格は寡黙かつ紳士的だが、いざ戦闘となると底知れぬ怒りと執念を爆発させ、敵に対しては無慈悲の限りを尽くす。

私服着用時の武器は「ルシファーの護符」、剣士形態の武器は敵を斬るとその身体から黒い血が流れ出す長ドス「黒帳牡丹ノ残俠夜抄（くろとばりぼたんのざんきょうやしょう）」。自身も一族の末裔であるため、先祖代々から遺伝した黒い血を宿している。

また、事実上のパートナーであるヒト型の悪魔・アスタロト2を始めとする72柱の悪魔と8つのシジル（暗黒魔道の紋章）を宿したバーコード付き魔術カード「ノワール・ログ」を用いて戦闘服に着替えたり、味方の悪魔を召喚したり、魔術を拡張したりすることができる。さらに、遠方にいる味方が戦闘不能状態の際は専用地下鉄車両「UMD-1366」を運転し、その悪魔がいる場所の最寄り駅まで直行して救出する。

普段は梅田1丁目（ダイヤモンド地区）にある雑居ビル兼マンション「ザ・ウォール」の管理人を務めており、12階の管理人室に居住している。
