●ティアハイム小学校とは？
私たちは愛護センターからの引き出しではなく、民間からの猫の受け入れに特化した保護猫シェルターです。行き場を無くした猫たちにのびのびと健康的に過ごしてもらい、新しい「ずっとのおうち」へと繋げる活動を行っています。
●ティアハイム小学校の特長
①ボランティアさんだけに頼らず、自立運営することを目指しています。
②ティアハイム小学校は廃校を再活用した保護施設です。もと保健室には医療環境を備え、ご協力していただける獣医師による定期健診も受けられます。
③広々とした教室で、猫たちは仲良くのびのびと暮らしています。この場で譲渡会も行います。
④ティア小の特徴は、民間からの「やむをえない事情」による要請からの猫の受け入れに特化していることにあります。高齢者のみの世帯、単身世帯の増加問題と、保護ねこ問題は社会と密接に関わっています。当校では行き場を失う猫たちを優先的に保護して、次のご家族様へと繋げる活動をしています。
