喜多川歌麿（1753年生まれ）は、18世紀後半から19世紀初めにかけて活躍した日本の浮世絵師で、特に美人画と役者絵で知られています。彼の美人画は女性の美しさを繊細に描き、彩色やデザインが評価されました。喜多川歌麿は浮世絵の黄金時代に影響を与え、その作品は日本の美的伝統に貢献しました。
Kitagawa Utamaro (born in 1753) was a Japanese ukiyo-e artist who thrived in the late 18th to early 19th century, renowned for his bijinga (portraits of beautiful women) and yakusha-e (actor prints). His bijinga delicately depicted the beauty of women, showcasing intricate coloring and designs. Utamaro had a significant influence during the golden age of ukiyo-e, contributing to Japan's artistic tradition with his works.
