About this design

心因性勃起障害と言うのは、非常に治療の難しい場合があり、時には精神科や心身医学の専門医に診てもらわなければならないこともあります。

勃起障害を訴えてこられたシアリス通販患者さんの年齢層は、10歳代の高校生から、80歳代のお年寄りまでと広範囲であり、その原因も様々でありますが、50歳代までの人で糖尿病などの基礎疾患のない人では、ほとんどが心因性の勃起障害と考えられるのです。

実際に勃起障害を訴えて泌尿器科などを受診する患者さんの約90パーセントは心因性勃起障害である、という報告がされています。

加えて、動脈硬化や糖尿病などを原因とする器質性勃起障害の患者さんでも心理的要因は無視できません。

この薬はなぜ勃起障害に効くのかと言う作用機序ははっきりとわかっていません。元来、抗うつ剤であり、大脳などの中枢神経系で勃起を促進しうる何らかの作用をするのかもしれないと言われていますが、そのほかに陰茎海綿体そのものに働いて海綿体平滑筋を弛緩させる作用のあることも確認されています。
