About this design

ネイティブハワイアン達が文字のない時代に、モチーフに一つ一つ意味をつけ伝えてきました。そんな伝統に惹かれて
今回夏に男女問わずきれるデザインにして制作しました。

1：マンタは「優雅な強さ」や「賢さ」の象徴。
2：周りのサンゴ(珊瑚)【コーラル】には
海のパワーが宿るとされ、古くから「航海のお守り」とされてきました。母なる海から生まれたサンゴには「家庭円満」「女性のお守り」「子宝」などの意味があるとされています。
3：マンタの中の模様や周りにあるスクロール・ナル【波】
「幸せを運んできてくれる」「目標に挑戦して乗り越える」
「波に乗ってうまくいく」「永遠の愛」波打ち際には珍しいものが打ち上げられているので、波は幸せを運んできてくれる。
美しい砂浜に途切れることなく寄せてはかえすスクロール(波)は、決してなくならないことから、永遠の愛の意味があります。
4：マンタの中心部分には太陽【サン】
「魔除け」「成功」「発展・成長」「治癒能力」。
エネルギーを与えてくれる太陽モチーフ。「太陽」は自ら発光することから、あらゆる不幸や災いを跳ね飛ばす力があるといわれます。
