日本の冬は、厳しく寒い季節です。山奥では、雪が深く積もり、辺りは一面銀世界となります。そんな山奥で、一人の女性は暮らしていました。
彼女の名前は、さくら。まだ若い女性ですが、山の暮らしには慣れています。冬は、雪かきや薪割りなどの仕事に追われますが、春夏秋には、山菜採りやきのこ狩りをして、自給自足の生活を送っています。
さくらは、山の静けさと自然の美しさを愛しています。冬の澄んだ空気の中では、野鳥のさえずりがよく聞こえます。木々の枝には、雪が積もった雪景色は、まさに絶景です。
そんなさくらの生活は、決して楽ではありません。しかし、彼女は山奥での生活を愛し、これからもこの地で生きていくつもりです。
