About this design

【ビーフシチュー作り方】
牛すね肉、赤ワイン、デミグラスソース、ニンジン、たまねぎ、ローリエを用意。
①牛すね肉を一口大サイズに切って、臭みとりでワインに着けておきます
②30分くらいつけた①をたっぷりのお水で茹でます。めっちゃアクがでるので根気よくとりのぞきます。
③アクが取り除けたらニンジンと玉ねぎとローリエを投入して煮込みます。
④だいたい火通ったかな？と思ったらデミグラスソースを投入します
⑤じっくりコトコトさせます。これだけでも美味いですが、1日寝かすと味がシュンでめっちゃ美味いです。

お皿に盛り付けるときにパセリとフレッシュミルクを散らすとおしゃれになります！
