トイレの標識が妖怪になったもので、50年程前の発見当初は真ん中の人物が一体何者なのか謎であったが、今ではジェンダーレスの象徴である事が判明している。その頃から意識していて立派だと思われがちだが、この妖怪は左右真ん中をシャッフルしたり3人が縦に並んだりと利用者を困らせるイタズラが大好きで幾度となくYouTubeで大炎上しており現在はアカウントが削除されている。
一部ではジェンダーレスを意識したのではなくただ単にややこしくする為ではないかという説もある。
