About this design

春を告げるミモザのリースと幸せの青い鳥の日本画原画です。

暖かい春が来てミモザの花も咲き、春の到来を喜び合っている二羽の青い鳥の図を日本画で表現しました。

小さいサイズになっていますが、響き合う色合いを模索しながら、また下絵は鉛筆で描いたり消したりしつつ、何枚も描きながら良い形を試行錯誤し、丁寧に制作しています。

「青い鳥」とは、身近にあるのに気づかない幸福を意味します。また、ミモザの花言葉は、「感謝」「友情」「優雅」「真実の愛」「豊かな感受性」「堅実」「エレガンス」などがあります。感謝の意を込めたプレゼントにもお勧めです。
