『ハバネロ』の5倍辛い！1000スコヴィルの激辛とうがらし『キャロライナの死神』。2013年に世界一辛い唐辛子としてギネスに認定。
友人に1つ貰ったのだけど、素手で扱ったら何度洗っても何時までも痛熱かった。香りと旨味が強く、辛いだけじゃないとうがらし界の『大魔王』。
見た目もつやつやと美しいので、グッズにしてみました。
