IT化が進む中、世の中のルールも変わりつつあるようです。シンギュラリティこそ訪れそうにないものの、上位数パーセントが生き残り、中堅以下の企業、勢力は、その分野だけでは生きていけない世界になりつつあります。又、コロナ感染の影響もあり、今まで当たり前であった事の意味を改めて問い直さなければならない様です。わたしたちは、何故働くのか？生活の糧を得る為という事も、もちろんありますが、仮に、ベーシックインカムの様な事が実現し、働かなくても毎月一定のお金が得られれば、私たちは働かないのでしょうか？それでも、もし、働くのであれば、一体何のために働くのでしょう？色々言えるでしょうが、私たちは、役割があり、誰かに必要とされていないと、幸せにはなれない様です。働く事は権利なのです。それは、誰にも当てはまる事で、障がい者も例外ではありません。しかし、現状は、特に重度の知的障がい者には、その機会が保証されていないのです。出来ることが少なく、仕事そのものがないという事もあるのでしょうが、「楽しく過ごせていれば、それで良いではないか」という考え方は少しちがう気がします。わたしたちは、誰かに必要とされていないと幸せにはなれません。だから、私たちは、少し働く事にこだわってみようと思っています。
