電線を夜な夜な眺めるために街へ出てくる電線の妖怪。
寡黙にはたらく電線にリスペクトがあり、自身も口数はすくなめ。
拾いものの電線を身体に繋げているが、これからもっと集めていきたい。
身体に着けた電線をしならせた反動で飛び上がれる。
