朝食を食べるために仲間とランニングを行う活動です。

速く走るためのトレーニング や大会出場に向けて切磋琢磨するような活動とは少し違います。
こんな方にぴったり、
・ランニングをはじめてみたいけど、キッカケがない
・一人で走ってみたものの、モチベーションが続かない
・誰かと一緒にご飯が食べたい、食べるの大好き！
これが本当に気持ちのいい活動です。
走りはじめるハードルもググっと下がりませんか？
2016年5月に東京・清澄白河エリアで友人2-3人でスタートしたこの活動。
今では、毎週土曜日7:30に清澄白河A1出口からスタートする「東京チーム」をはじめ、東京タワーからスタートする「芝公園チーム」、東横線沿線の「東横線チーム」...東京を超えて、「鎌倉チーム」「京都チーム」「広島チーム」。海をも超えて「シアトルチーム」...と、相次いでチームが立ち上がり、Facebookグループ内を中心に朝の時間を共有しています。
