朝食を食べるために仲間とランニングを行う活動です。 https://www.randb.tokyo/
「ランニングと朝食」は、 速く走るためのトレーニングや大会出場に向けて切磋琢磨するような活動とは少し違います。
こんな方にぴったり、 ・ランニングをはじめてみたいけど、キッカケがない ・一人で走ってみたものの、モチベーションが続かない ・誰かと一緒にご飯が食べたい、食べるの大好き！
これが本当に気持ちのいい活動です。 走りはじめるハードルもググっと下がりませんか？
2016年5月に東京・清澄白河エリアで友人2-3人でスタートしたこの活動。 今では、毎週土曜日7:30に清澄白河A1出口からスタートする「東京チーム」をはじめ、東京タワーからスタートする「芝公園チーム」、東横線沿線の「東横線チーム」...東京を超えて、「鎌倉チーム」「京都チーム」「広島チーム」。海をも超えて「シアトルチーム」...と、相次いでチームが立ち上がり、Facebookグループ内を中心に朝の時間を共有しています。
