In the midst of heavy rain, a girl bird with beautiful jewel-like feathers
was standing quietly by herself on a pond stake.
She was meeting her favorite boyfriend for a date.
But when the time came, he did not show up.

その貴重な光る青い実を取りに行っていたのです。
彼の愛情に彼女は心を打たれました。
そして彼女は思ったのです、雨の日のデートも素敵なものだな、と。
