スタッフのひとりが好きな野生動物の中から
ハイエナをモチーフに描いた作品です。
ハイエナといえば
ひとの獲物を横取りするような
意地悪なイメージを持たれがちですが
彼らは本来 群れで狩りをし
持ち前の体力と足の速さだけで
獲物を仕留めることができる
優秀なハンター。
ではナゼ？
ひとの獲物を横取りするような
姑息なイメージが付いたのか…
実は彼らハイエナは
他の肉食動物たちが食べる事のできない
硬～い骨を噛み砕ける強靭なアゴと
その骨さえも消化できる
特殊な胃袋を持っているのです。
そのため？
他の動物たちが食べれずに放置した骨を
ハイエナたちが食べてあげている姿を見て
餌を横取りしているように見えた。
のかも？しれませんね。
ちなみに…
骨をたくさん食べた日のうんちは白くて
カルシウム満点のうんちが出るらしいので
動物園などでハイエナを見る機会があれば
足元のうんちも
