桜耳の保護猫とぼんぼり尻尾の保護猫が掴もうとしている鍵は愛のシンボル（愛護）。あるいは、鍵はずっとのおうちの鍵かもしれません。あるいは、保護猫達は鍵を支えているのかも。里親さんもまた、猫たちに愛され心が支えられるから。
また、周りの植物（樹木）は保護を表します。
