About this design

沖縄の世界自然遺産の森、やんばるの一部に生息する「オキナワカブトムシ」をデザインしてみました。カブトムシの中では最も祖先的とされている種です。約170万年前の地殻変動で沖縄の島に閉じ込められ独自の進化をしたと考えられています。
2010年代に琉球ぴらすにて発表して好評だったデザインの復刻版。

Printing Notice
