江戸時代～明治時代、インフルエンザなどの流行り病には
歌舞伎や浄瑠璃の名前をつけるのが一般的でした。
その一つが、明治22年ごろに流行った「お染風邪」。
豪商の娘・お染と、丁稚の久松が身分違いの恋に落ちるという
「お染久松」という演目をもとに名付けられています。
「久松るす」という書付けは、「お染風邪」にちなんだもの。
「久松さんは留守だから、お染さんはうちに来ないでくださいね！」
という「おまじない」として、玄関の柱に貼ったりしていたようです。
玄関やドアに貼ったり、身につけたりしておけば、
「新型コロナウイルス」も取りつかれない。かも？
