About this design

まんまるカステラの太陽から蜂蜜が垂れたようなじっとりとした暑さを全身に浴びながら、私は湖に面した町を歩いていた。鉢植えだらけの分岐路を蜂がいない方角へ曲がり、大きな赤い花をかき分けて狭い小道へ入ると、小綺麗なカフェの入り口が現れた。扉が開いており、ここに入れとばかりにひんやりとした空気が誘ってくる。客も店員も見当たらないが、汗をぬぐいながら籐細工の椅子に腰かけメニューを眺め、一息ついた。どうやらここには冷たい紅茶と硬めのプリンしかないらしい。ともかく早く冷たいものをいただきたいのだが、店員はいないのか？よくよく耳を澄ますと、キッチンの奥から不思議な声がかすかに聴こえてくる。
