天と地を合わせた全ての生命の存在、事象、輪廻転生を表す「神聖幾何学模様」の一つで、『シードオブライフ』は、6つの円の中心に１つの円が加わった、7つの円によって構成されています。
フラワーオブライフの前段階の形状であり、よって全ての存在はシードオブライフから作られていると伝えられ、この形状は全ての生命が最初に生み出す形であり、生命の種子といわれています。暗闇の中に光を生み出し、先が見えない将来への不安や恐れ、過去への執着、トラウマを取り除くことで、人生に希望の光をもたらしてくれるといわれています。魔除けや浄化の力もあるとされています。
